I accidentally used the wrong name or spelling, can I change it?
As soon as your order is confirmed, your personalised book begins the printing process with our print partners and we’re unable to make edits or cancel the order.
Where can I find my tracking link?
If you selected tracked shipping, you’ll receive tracking details by email as soon as your personalised book ships. Can’t find it? Check your spam or junk folder first. Still no luck? Get in touch and we’ll send it again.
My book arrived damaged, what should I do?
If there’s an issue with your personalised book, please email us at hello@ziggli.com with your order number, a brief description and a photo of the problem. We’ll work with our print partners to fix it and send a replacement as quickly as possible.
