I accidentally used the wrong name or spelling, can I change it?
If your book hasn’t been sent to print yet, we may still be able to make changes. Please contact us within 3 hours of placing your order with the correct details and your order number.
I chose the wrong cover option — can I switch it?
If you selected the wrong format (softcover, hardcover or layflat), just get in touch within 3 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to update it before printing begins.
I need to change the shipping address — is it too late?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the delivery address. Just send us your order number and the new details within 3 hours of placing your order. If the book is already on its way, we recommend reaching out to the shipping provider directly.
Where can I find my tracking link?
If you selected tracked shipping, you’ll receive tracking details by email as soon as your personalised book ships. Can’t find it? Check your spam or junk folder first. Still no luck? Get in touch and we’ll send it again.
There is a mistake in my book, what should i do?
Because each Ziggli book is personalised and made to order, we’re not able to offer refunds or replacements for customisation errors like misspelled names, character choices or dedication messages. Please review the full preview carefully before placing your order, this is exactly how your custom children’s book will be printed. If you think there’s been a production issue beyond what you approved, just reach out and we’ll be happy to take a look.
My book arrived damaged — what should I do?
If there’s an issue with your personalised book, please email us at hello@ziggli.com with your order number, a brief description and a photo of the problem. We’ll work with our print partners to fix it and send a replacement as quickly as possible.
