How Personalising a Ziggli Book Works

Choose a story, then build your child into it in a few simple steps: pick their name, choose their hair, skin tone and features so the character actually looks like them, then add the family members who'll appear alongside them. Many titles also let you choose from different family structures and, where relevant, disability representation like a wheelchair, hearing aid or glasses, so the character reflects your child as they really are. Preview the finished book on screen before you order, so you know exactly what you're getting before it's printed.

Ziggli started because we couldn't find personalised books that actually looked like every kid. Personalisation here goes further than picking a name on the cover: skin tone, hair type, glasses, and disability representation including wheelchairs, hearing aids, white canes and prosthetics are built into many of our titles, not bolted on as an afterthought. Family options cover single parents, two mums, two dads, blended families and adoption, because the families reading these books together look different from one house to the next, and the book should be able to say so.

The Great Family Treasure Hunt puts the whole family into one adventure story together, personalised with however many people belong in it. Big Adventure is written specifically for the lead-up to daycare, kindergarten or starting school, for kids who are excited and nervous about it in equal measure.
