The images aren’t loading in the preview
This usually happens if your internet is slow or your browser cache needs clearing. Try refreshing the page or using a different browser. For best results, we recommend using a desktop device.
My payment didn’t go through
Double check your card details and try again. If the problem continues, try another payment method or contact your bank. If you’re still stuck, get in touch and we’ll help finalise your order.
I’m getting an error at checkout
Make sure all required fields are filled out and your postcode matches your delivery region. Refresh the page or try another browser. If the error continues, take a screenshot and send it to us so we can help.
I chose the wrong cover option — can I switch it?
If you ordered the wrong format (Softcover, Hardcover, or Layflat), you can cancel you order within 3 hours and re-order.
What shipping options do you offer?
We provide standard and express post within Australia via Australia Post and Standard courier for New Zealand via our courier partner.
I need to change the shipping address — is it too late?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the delivery address. Send us your order number and the new address as soon as possible. If the book is already in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly.
Can I save my book and come back later?
We don’t currently have a save-for-later option, so we recommend completing your book in one go. If you need to step away, feel free to take a quick screenshot to remember your selections. Don’t worry if you forget, it’s a super quick and easy process to recreate your book.
My book arrived with a mistake or was damaged. What should I do?
If your book arrived damaged, just send us a photo of the issue along with your order number.
We’ll work with our print partners to sort it out quickly and make things right.
Because each book is made just for you, we’re not able to offer refunds for mistaken personalised details so we always recommend double-checking your selections before checkout.
