The Most Popular Names in Personalised Children's Book Orders
Every personalised book starts with a name. Over more than a year of orders, certain names have come up again and again. We pulled the data from our own order history to see which ones.
This is not a national baby names list. It is a look at which names parents and grandparents have chosen most often when personalising a Ziggli book, drawn from our own order records.

Do most orders personalise for one child or several?
The large majority of orders personalise a book for a single child. A smaller share personalise for two children in the same story, and fewer still for three. Multi-child personalisation tends to show up most in family-themed titles built for siblings, rather than single-child keepsakes.
Is there a gender split in the names chosen?
Across the names recorded, more orders personalise for a girl than a boy, roughly a 6-to-4 split. This tracks with which titles sell best: books built around a single child protagonist see more orders for girls, while family and sibling titles are closer to even.
Methodology
Based on personalisation data from Ziggli orders placed between October 2025 and July 2026. Internal, test, and staff orders were excluded. Names are ranked by order frequency; adult role labels (Mum, Dad, Grandma, etc.) are excluded from the ranking, as are single-use or non-name entries.
